This is our shortest and really on budget package. Its idea is to let you test infographics for less money, see if this type of visual content will catch up your audience and how it will effect your company marketing. This is why it includes only four data modules, visualized in a flat, simple, minimalist way.
THE ADVANCED and ADVANCED + PACKAGES (PACKAGES 2 and 3)
The two packages are very similar to each other. ADVANCED + includes lengthier content and a bit more complex visualizations.
THE PREMIUM PACKAGE (PACKAGE 4)
This packages is worth its money, as it provides you unlimitted opportunities to build your infographic. The number of modules included is more than enough, we will enrich the content with additional reserach on the topic (an invent intriguing general concept), create visual elements which will be unique for your product, present statistical information with impressive visual complexity. In this package you recieve also the source files of the visualization, so that you can make changes to the content at a later moment.
2. Client provided resources
In packages 1,2 and 3 we work with textual content provided by the client. The texts should be in the format of final copy, which means it should be ok to be copied word by word. There is a specific format we need the final copy in, so that we can create an optimial infographic. You will find the specific requirements here (section II, point 3). In all cases (excluding the LITE package), the provided by you copy will get a final revision from our side (small stylistic corrections), for the sake of achieving the best results.
In package 4, we work with thematic content provided by the client, which, if needed, we complement with additional research. In case the client cannot provide any content, we supply the full content by ourselves. Still, we ask the client for a well developed story idea.
3. Consultation
This is a phone conversation in which you have the opportunity to clear up all uncertainties reagrding our products and your purpose. We will provide you with professional and honest advice what will work best in your situation.
4. Research
We dedicate about 2 - 6 hrs to internet research on the chosen topic for your infographic, depending on what content we have already available. We compile information only from trustworthy sources, while at times we might ask for client approval for the ones we have chosen. We are ready, when we have enough information to build a story.
5. Basic revision of the copy
All recieved final copy goes through minor, stylistic editing - if needed, so that the text is better optizmied for an infographic format. An exception makes the copy for our LITE package.
6. Copywriting
There is the option we write the final copy for an infographic, on the basis of some thematic content, provided by the client. The service entails:
- framing of a general concept
- filtering out only the information which works in favor of that concept
- creating short, creative texts to introduce the user to the topic and head different data sections

A data module is represented by one chart of data or a group of symbols depicting a single quantity or idea. A segment is comprised by a group of modules, united by a common thematic idea.
Generally, 6 data modules and 2 topical segments are a minimun for a standard infographic. The limitation of 4 data modules and 1 topical segment in our LITE package reflect the idea of being a test package.

You can upgrade your chosen package with custom-visuals for an additional fee estimated per hour work.
10. Number of design revisions
We regard one design revision as all necessary corrections requested (overview of full content) in a single email to us. We respond with a revised design and this makes for one completed revision cycle.
Revison cycles take us a lot of time, mostly in terms of communication. That is why their number is reflected in the prices of different packages.
12. Digital files
Digital files are included in the price of all packages. These files are ready for publishing on the internet, but they do not allow you to modify the content itself.
13. Print files
Print files are digital files optimized specifically for print use. Infographics are used in print more rearly, which is why we have included them only in our PREMIUM package. You can buy print files of your infographic additionally, if they are not included in your chosen package.
14. Source files
Source files allow you to modify the content of your infographic as often as you wish. Still, you need to have the necessary training with the relevant software, the content is build in, so that you don't mess it up.
15. Execution time
Execution timeframes reflect the amount of work each package entails. These are deadlines for the recieval of a first draft from us. Initial draft means a version of the product which provides a good idea of the final looks of the content (could include only first part/ few slides, if the content is very long) of the general relation between constructive elements and its mood. Further revisions of your product are conducted at a later stage.
In case you are in a real hurry with your content, you could request an express or ultra express execution, and we will see if we could fit it in our schedule.

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE (PACKAGE 3)
The Premium package is something special. With it, you provide us with partial content on a given theme (or simply inspire us on a topic) and we end you up with an exciting, rich, professionally built slideshow presentation. The last, not only in visual but also in verbal terms.
The Premium package entitles you to up to 10 data visualizations and up to 5 custom-made illustrations. It ensures you also a portfolio of exclusive, professional photographs.

We dedicate about 4 - 8 hrs to internet research on the chosen topic for your slideshow presentation, depending on what content we have already available. We compile information only from trustworthy sources. We welcome recommendation of reliable sources and sometimes we ask the client to approve the ones we have chosen.
5. Copywriting
With infographics we provide basic copy revision with each package. With presentations, however, we consider the format of the textual content easier to produce independently and really expect from the client to hand us text ready for copy-paste.
We offer copywriting service only with package 3 and it includes the following:
- drawing up a strategy for transfering your main message
- deciding on the sequence of steps (slides) to achieve it, building an effective storyline
- coming up with compelling and creative headings for the presentation itself and the included slides
- creating succint, informative, appropriately styled texts for each slide
- thinking in terms of keywords, SEO and content usability

6. Number of copy revisions
Options for revision of the copy are offered only with package 3. There are 2 rounds of adjustments provided.
We request client feedback on the product after we present an initial design for it. All requirement for changes handed at once, in a single email to us, are regarded as one round of revision.
7. Presentation size
With presentations intended only for digital use, the number of slides necessary for building a good overview of your idea depends on your topic, how extensive it is and how much you would like to take upon the user.
By slideshows accompanying verbal presentations, the size of the content is contingent on many factors: the style of presenting (overly conceptual/ visual or utalizing more text), the type of support necessary (text, images, sound, video), the tempo of developing the story.
The size of the content is the major difference beween package 1 and 2, so having a clear overview of your prepared content will help you choose between the two. Also, we do not offer an option for adding more slides to this packages. We have this as an available option for package 3, however, while this happens on an additional price.
8. Visualization complexity
A compelling slideshow presentation shows a good balance between insightful text and provoking, effective for the purpose, visuals. A simple visual style is always a good solution, if used in a clever way. However, with package 2 and 3, we give you the option of giving even more emphasis on visual communication and pushing your ideas with greater strenght to the viewer.
Package 1 does not include photographs as a visual resource, which is a decisive factor in case of certain topics. Visualizations are limited to iconlike images and popular typography. Package 2 includes only a limited choice of photographs, compared to package 3 which provides an impressive portfolio of images and unique, hand-drawn illustrations.
Data visualizations (charts, diagrams, maps) are useful elements when including quantitative information in your presentation. Regarded as complex visualizations, their available number for use is limited for different packages.

Here we have made things very simple and assumed you either provide your own content (LITE/ 1st package) or expect from us to create creative, marketing-oriented content for you (ADVANCED/ 2nd package). Or you can choose to fully customize our service.
